GDPR Removal Request

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which took effect on May 25, 2018, is the European Union’s new data privacy law. The GDPR impacts how all companies collect and handle personal data about their European customers.

Your privacy is very important to us, and we’ve updated our DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM to reflect changes we’ve made to protect your rights and provide greater transparency around the way we collect, process, and use data.

Removal request process

When you are requested by your customers or prospects to remove an individual email address or entire email domain, you’ll email the request to  support@komiko.com.

Komiko will scan through all emails, meetings that exist in its database and remove any item that includes the email addresses provided. It’ll also scan through any email and meeting that was posted into Salesforce and delete it.
